"I have really enjoyed my time at Norham Skills and Enterprise Centre and all the practical projects we have done. I did not like school so did not want to attend because I found classroom work really boring, so when I was offered the chance to work with my hands and tools I was really happy because I think if I was not given the chance like this I would have dropped out of school.
The opportunity to take part on the go4it placement programme came at a time when I was very frustrated at my lack of success with my job search. I was made welcome by the workers from the first day and I am really enjoying the opportunity of learning new skills throughout my apprenticeship - Fuda
